50 WT Cotton Thread Medium Cool Grey

This is mine and my Juki’s favorite thread. I tried a different brand once and I had all kinds of problems with it. I went right back to Missouri Star 50 wt cotton thread and now my machine and I are both happy again. Thank you MSQC for this great quality thread.

It serves as a great neutral color when sewing. I used the thread to sew multicolored fabric stripes along with white in a JELLY TWIST quilt, and for hand sewing the quilt label.

Thread

Live the thread. Used to complete a quilt. Perfect in the machine and material

Not exactly what I was hoping for

The thread feel thicker for a 50. It feels more like a 40. You can still see and the color is beautiful but the thread is thicker so it takes up more space when piecing. Need to account for that for your seam allowance

It's a color I can use with any fabric for piecing. Excellent quality. Thread breakage is non-existent compared to many other threads.
