Birds Take Flight Free Quilt Pattern by Erin Witt
Birds Take Flight by Erin Witt Designs uses Morning Mist fabrics in a 66 inch square quilt. Each of the sixteen blocks starts with a square and grows through strips added to two adjoining sides, combining turquoise and pink prints. Rotating the blocks creates the arrangement shown for the center. Five borders frame the patchwork, alternating narrow black-and-pink and turquoise strips with a wider pink border before the final turquoise edge.
