Description:

Buttercup Threads is an intermediate quilt designed by Julie Hendricksen with her Thimbleweed collection. A cheater-cloth center displays printed thimbles, so the thimble shapes are retained within one fabric piece. Narrow inner borders and wider outer borders surround the center, with the outer-border fabric also used for binding. The stated finished size is 52 by 65 inches. The pattern directs you to measure the actual center when cutting border lengths because the final size can vary with the center cut.
