- Select a colorway and cut the center square, border pieces and separating strips. Frame the center and attach the first pieced round of rectangles and squares.
- Build the next rounds from floral and striped squares and rectangles, separating them with the narrow strips. Add the intervening narrow borders in the diagrammed order.
- Attach the moire-print border with mitered corners, baste the folded accent strips in place and add the wide floral outer border. Layer, baste, quilt and bind.
