City Works Free Quilt Pattern by Lisa Swenson Ruble
City Works places an Around Town panel at the center of a small quilt designed by Lisa Swenson Ruble. A narrow red frame surrounds the panel, followed by cyan border sections interrupted by short red pieces. The same red fabric supplies the binding, connecting the small border accents with the outer edge. The pattern states a finished size of 30 x 35.5 inches and builds the quilt from three fabrics.
