Country Plaid Free Quilt Pattern by Lucy A. Fazely
Country Plaid builds its crossed fabric arrangement from strip sets and large pieced blocks. Narrow and wide strips are combined in several sequences, then cut into repeated units that line up across the quilt. Smaller rectangular blocks and corner squares connect the larger sections in nine horizontal rows. The advanced-beginner project features Country Romance by Sanderson and finishes at 75 by 99 inches. Detailed strip diagrams show the fabric order and pressing direction for each component.
