The design includes two fabric handles, triangular insets at the upper sides and shaped bottom corners. Fusible batting supports the outer panels, while topstitching finishes the pockets, handles and upper opening.

Fashion Market Tote Free Pattern by Whistler Studios quilt pattern summary
- Cut the outer panels, pocket pieces, lining and handles, using Template A for the triangular insets. Join the outside print sections and fuse batting to the outer pieces.
- Sew and line the pockets, topstitch their trim and attach them to the outer panels. Add the triangular insets, join the side and bottom seams, then stitch the bottom corners.
- Sew, turn and topstitch the two handles and position them at the top edges. Assemble the lining with its triangular insets and leave the specified turning opening.
- Join the lining to the tote around the top, keeping the handles clear. Turn through the lining opening, close it, press and topstitch the top, then tack the lining at the bottom.
