Description:

Gallery of Stars by Kimberly Jolly for It’s Sew Emma features twelve large star blocks made with the Greatest Hits collection by Nancy Gere. The quilt finishes at 83½ by 106 inches. Two fabric arrangements alternate through four rows, with sashing and cornerstones separating the stars. Flying-geese units form the smaller star centers, while half-square triangles and additional triangle units build the surrounding points. An inner border and a wider outer border frame the completed patchwork.

  4. Piece and attach the inner borders, then the outer borders, adding sides before top and bottom. Join the binding strips, quilt and bind.
