Grow Chart combines framed fabric squares, pieced measuring strips and personalized applique in a 24 x 54 inch wall hanging. Stephanie Sheridan designed it with the Stand Tall collection and includes two fabric versions. Letters form the name across the top, while the numbers two through five mark the height sections. The finished chart hangs with its bottom edge twelve inches above the floor, and dates and heights can be recorded with a permanent fabric marker.

Grow Chart Free Pattern by Stephanie Sheridan quilt pattern summary
- Choose the fabric version and cut the framed-square pieces, measuring strips and borders. Sew the frames around the large squares and piece the alternating small squares and rectangles.
- Join the framed blocks and measuring-strip blocks into the four rows. Add the side borders and the wider top strip, measuring the assembled work before cutting the final border lengths.
- Trace the desired letters and numbers onto fusible web, fuse them to the fabrics and cut the shapes. Arrange them on the chart, fuse in place and stitch down if desired.
- Layer the backing, batting and top, quilt and bind. Hang the bottom edge twelve inches from the floor, then use a permanent fabric marker to record dates and heights.
