- Fussy cut the feature squares and cut the remaining pieces. Sew the half-square-triangle pairs and strip units, pressing and trimming as directed.
- Use the feature squares and surrounding units for the three framed-block variations. Assemble the fourth block from squares and triangle units in rows.
- Join the blocks with sashing in five horizontal rows, then add the between-row sashing. Attach the inner border and the outer border with its corner squares.
- Layer backing, batting and the top, quilt as desired and bind using your preferred method.
