Ink Star (Midsummer) Free Quilt Pattern by Wendy Sheppard
Ink Star arranges twenty-five rectangular pieced blocks in five rows, with sashing between the blocks and rows. Small background squares are sewn to the print rectangles to form the angled pieces around each center square. The blocks use several Midsummer prints and finish within a quilt measuring 57 by 67 inches. An inner border and a wider outer border frame the arrangement before the quilt is layered, quilted and bound.
