Description:

Isobel's Garden combines floral appliqué, butterflies and pieced borders in a 55½-inch square quilt designed by Marsha Evans Moore. Four appliquéd center blocks are joined with sashing and surrounded by setting triangles, flowering vine borders and a final triangle border. The project features the Isobel collection by Williamsburg. Both turned-under and raw-edge appliqué approaches are described, with separate template lines and placement patterns for arranging the flowers, leaves and butterflies.
