Lanterns in the Garden Free Quilt Pattern by Lucy A. Fazely
Lanterns in the Garden arranges printed lantern shapes in five columns, with background spaces separating the motifs. Water Garden fabrics provide a variety of lantern centers, and small contrasting caps define their tops and bottoms. Corner triangles shape each lantern before the units are framed and assembled. Two borders enclose the 60 x 70-inch quilt, giving the advanced beginner project a structured finish while keeping attention on the individual prints.
