Neat and Tidy Free Quilt Pattern by Jocelyn Ueng
Neat and Tidy combines rectangular print pieces with framed accent units in a quilt measuring 44½ by 53½ inches. Jocelyn Ueng's design for It's Sew Emma features the Cream and Sugar collection by Ampersand Design Studio. Two different row arrangements repeat three times each, separated by white sashing. White borders surround the center, and a contrasting stripe is used for binding. The fabric chart specifies fat quarters for the patterned rows.

Neat and Tidy Free Quilt Pattern by Jocelyn Ueng quilt pattern summary
- Cut the labeled rectangles and strips from the fabric chart, keeping each fabric group together. Set aside the white sashing and border strips and the binding fabric.
- Frame the accent rectangles with the assigned solid strips to make the illustrated units. Join these with the remaining prints to make three copies of Row One and three of Row Two.
- Join the white strips and subcut the sashing and borders. Arrange the six pieced rows with sashing between them and sew the center together.
- Attach the side borders followed by the top and bottom borders. Quilt and bind the finished top as preferred.
