Palisade Free Quilt Pattern by Erin Underwood
Palisade by Erin Underwood uses Serena fabrics in long strips with pointed ends. Each point is folded, stitched and turned before the strip is layered with batting and a backing strip. Successive layers are sewn together to build the quilt, and the blue points are topstitched through all the layers. The design uses eighteen rows and a pieced backing assembled from the same fabric selection. Binding made from the remaining fabrics finishes the outer edge.
