Ready to Party Free Quilt Pattern by Denise Russell
Ready to Party places a Cozy Christmas panel inside four rounds of borders. Narrow Ice Chips strips separate a Winter Floral border from the center and the outer frame, where Owl Magic and Christmas Hedgehog fabrics meet with a corner square. Denise Russell of Pieced Brain designed this beginner quilt using Christmas Cabin by Mia Charro. It finishes at 37 1/2 by 49 inches, with the border lengths checked against the growing quilt center as it is assembled.

- Cut the lengthwise Owl Magic border first, then prepare the remaining strips and corner square. Center the panel image and trim it to the specified rectangle.
- Add the first narrow border around the panel. Measure through the center to trim and attach the Winter Floral border, then repeat with the next narrow border.
- Add the two different outer side borders, then join the corner square to the top strip before attaching it. Sew on the bottom strip and trim the ends even.
- Join the binding strips, prepare the backing and layer and quilt the top. Trim the extra layers and complete the binding by hand or machine.
