Spin Out Free Quilt Pattern by Bethany Fuller
Spin Out combines African Surf and Mosaica prints in a 78-inch-square quilt designed by Bethany Fuller. Each block brings together colored and white quarter-square triangles with larger half-square triangles. White sashing separates the blocks, and fussy-cut flower squares form the cornerstones at the sashing intersections. Two borders complete the top: an inner border from the block fabrics and an outer print border. The instructions finish with quilting and binding after the measured borders are attached.

- Cut the triangles, white sashing and border strips. Fussy-cut the flower-print squares for the cornerstones, keeping their motifs positioned as directed.
- Sew colored quarter-square triangles to white quarter-square triangles, then add the larger triangles. Join four completed units to form each block and press its seams open.
- Arrange the blocks with the white sashing and flower cornerstones. Join the quilt center and press the seams toward the sashing strips.
- Measure through the quilt center to fit the inner borders, then repeat the process for the outer borders. Quilt and bind the finished top.
