Pieced side and corner setting triangles continue the arrangement at the edges. Twelve diagonal rows organize the different blocks and fabrics, producing an on-point setting that is finished by quilting and binding.

- Cut and organize the fabrics for the two block designs, plain squares and setting pieces. Piece the half-square triangles and small strip units for Block 1.
- Assemble the framed-square Block 2 units, then make the pieced side and corner setting triangles. Keep the different fabric combinations separated for the layout.
- Follow the specified block order and rotation in the twelve diagonal rows. Join the rows, layer the quilt with batting and backing, quilt and bind.
