Description:

Uppercase - Spines is built from squares arranged in twenty-one rows, with seventeen squares in each row. Uppercase fabrics include letters, clover, dots, loops, herringbone, flowers, and crosshatch prints, giving the repeated square layout a range of printed textures. The piecing follows the illustrated fabric placement across the rows, producing a 68 by 84 inch quilt. Instructions also cover preparing the backing, layering and quilting the top, and binding the edges.
