Wild Horses Can't Drag Me Away is a 72 by 96-inch quilt designed by Tia Curtis with Wild Field fabrics by Dinara Mirtolipova. Six fussy-cut horse squares form the centers of rows surrounded by flying geese. Orange and green geese alternate with pink and white combinations, while black and white half-square triangles create the sawtooth sections between rows. Sashing and wide borders complete the top, followed by quilting and double-fold binding.

- Fussy cut the horse-print center squares. Add black and white triangles around each square, then press and trim the center blocks.
- Make the two flying-geese color groups using the four-at-a-time method. Sew, cut and press the black and white half-square triangles for the sawtooth rows.
- Join the flying geese to the center blocks and add the sawtooth rows. Attach the sashing, then piece and add the outer borders.
- Quilt as desired and finish with double-fold binding.
