Wistful Promenade Free Quilt Pattern by Lisa Swenson Ruble
Wistful Promenade combines curved piecing with long fabric strips in a quilt measuring 63 by 72 inches. Lisa Swenson Ruble designed the project for the Wish You Were Here collection by Whistler Studios. Two template shapes form the curved blocks, which are arranged into six vertical rows with alternating layouts. Wider print strips and narrow accent strips separate those rows. The construction assumes basic knowledge of curved piecing and includes templates for cutting the two complementary shapes.
